BILLING AND REFUND POLICY

This page is the plain-English version of DealWave's current billing, cancellation, trial, and refund rules.

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime and remain active through the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be canceled anytime for non-renewal and remain active through the end of the prepaid annual term. DealWave offers a 14-day refund window on first purchase only. DealWave's current free trial is card-free and does not auto-convert.

Monthly Plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time.
Your cancellation stops future renewal charges.
Your access remains active through the end of your current monthly billing period.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial monthly periods unless required by law.

Annual Plans

You can cancel an annual plan at any time for non-renewal.
Your cancellation prevents the next annual renewal charge.
Your access remains active through the end of your prepaid annual term.
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on annual plans unless required by law.

14-Day First-Purchase Refund Window

DealWave offers a 14-day refund window from first purchase only.
This applies to your initial paid purchase.
It does not apply to routine renewals, partial billing periods, or unused time after the initial refund window has expired.
After the 14-day first-purchase window, fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in a specific written offer.

Trials

DealWave's current free trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
If your trial access ends and you want continued paid access, you must affirmatively purchase a paid subscription.
If you make your first paid purchase after a card-free trial, the 14-day first-purchase refund window applies.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, DealWave may retry the charge.
If payment is still not collected, paid features may be suspended or access may be terminated until payment is successfully collected.
